Erica defines professionalism. She has been the best realtor I’ve had the pleasure working with. She was very quick with creating an itinerary to view homes on our first day. She was able to modify the schedule as we went and she keyed off of our likes and dislikes. We were able to find a home extremely quickly based on Erica’s expertise and quickly getting a good feel of what we were looking for.

She took away the headaches of home buying for us. She facilitated all contracts and reminded me when events were coming up such as my due diligence payments. She even went as far as scheduling all of the inspections.

Overall it was an outstanding experience working with Erica and I recommend her highly.

Best real estate agent I have ever worked with! Extremely knowledgeable of the lake and surrounding areas. Was able to show me all of the properties and amenities. Extremely well organized and thorough. Kept pushing me to see houses even when I thought I was done, great to have someone as thorough as her to make sure you see all of your opportunities.
